My name is Tanyel and I am the creator and founder of The Essex Scent Company.

The idea to start my own business has grown through an enjoyment of making products and getting creative. It all started as a hobby with the hope that it could grow into something more.

The products are all handmade in my home in the heart of Essex. This is where the company name ‘Essex Scent Co’ was born, with a personal twist that all three of my children’s initials are ES.

It is important to me that our products are eco-friendly, completely natural and beneficial to the user. That is why we use a high quality blend of essential oils for a range of aromatherapy benefits.
